I made this pacman baddie on Inkscape using this website, http://speckyboy.com/2009/04/28/35-tutorials-to-create-amazing-vector-graphics-using-inkscape/ to guide me. At wasn't complicated unlike the light bulb I attempted earlier. I'm happy that I was successful with the end results.
Inkscape is a new program to me so it took a while to figure everything out. During the process of making my Pacman Baddie, I found out how to resize the page, make circles, manipulate shapes into images, changes from solid colors to shading colors and many more.
The tools I used were:

| Selects, moves and resizes objects. |

| Changes the filling and line colour of the drawing. |

| Makes circles. Hint: hold Ctrl to get a perfect circle. |

| Used for shading |

| Adds nodes to your drawing to manipulate it. |
